Join us on the 25th of June up by Shaver Lake with The Ride Foundation for another awesome day in the country learning about how to use non-verbal communication and emotional control to communicate/work with horses. We will be camping out so please feel free to bring a tent! This instruction is invaluable and as Veterans we can use this same technique in our day to day. With practice taking control of our emotions and being present in the moment can become a really great tool when dealing with depression and PTSD.
